What are your payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque

Are your cleaners bonded and insured?

Yes, they each provide a clear criminal record check and are covered through our company liability insurance. 

Are your employees covered under WCB?

Yes, we continue to be in good standing with the Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB). 

What are your hours?

Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Evenings, Weekends & Holidays upon request

Do you offer regularly scheduled cleaning packages?

Yes, we offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, occasional, and move-in/move-out cleanings.  We can also do one time cleans, the 3 hour minimum applies to all bookings. 

Can I provide a key to my house? How does that work?

Yes, you can provide us with a key, door code, or make arrangements to meet us there each cleaning to let us in.

I live outside of Edmonton, do you provide maid and cleaning services there?

Yes, we service Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert and other surrounding areas. 

If I am not happy with the result what is my recourse?

We guarantee our work. If you are not happy with our services, we request that you contact the office within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will ensure that the corrections are made to your satisfaction. 

What do we do with our animals while you are working in our home?

Your animals are safe with us. We are all pet-friendly. You can leave them out and we will gladly greet them. You know your animal better than us, if they would do better in a kennel when we are there, please just let us know what your specific situation is. 

Do we need to leave the house when you come?

No, you do not need to leave the house when we come. We have many customers who work from home and we simply work around you. 

Do the same cleaners come every time?

We try to have the same cleaners come to your home each visit but scheduling may require a different cleaner on certain days. 

What do we do if we are going on Holidays?

You can cancel your regular scheduled cleanings during your time away. Your regular cleaning rotation will then be waiting for you upon your return.  We do have a 48 hr cancellation policy otherwise you may be charged. 

What if we are home sick the day of the cleaning?

We request notice if you are home ill. It is then up to the discretion of the cleaner to come that day or we will try to reschedule for you. 

What is your cancellation or contract policy?

We do not have any contract term. As long as you are happy, we continue to come. But, you can cancel at any time with a minimum of 48 hrs notice. 

Do you clean homes that are smoked in?

No. We strive to provide a smoke-free environment for all of our employees. 

Can I modify what your cleaners do from week to week?

We offer a customized program that meets your needs.  Please give us a call prior to your next clean and we can make adjustments as needed.

Are your staff trained?

All work is performed by trained staff.  If there is a staff in training in your home their work will be signed off by a more senior member of our team.
